I currently teach all levels of drum kit from my studio in central Bath. The studio is equipped with top quality full-size acoustic kits (Gretsch, Mapex, Zildjian), microphones, PA, recording facilities etc. to ensure that the lessons are as relevant as possible.
The Drumsense framework is used for all beginners and most intermediate students, as it
gives everyone a clear idea of strengths, weaknesses and direction. This is supplemented by a large range of teaching books, backing tracks and
other materials, and of course any tangents which the student would like to explore!
I also enter students for Trinity-Guildhall Grade exams if that is an option you want to follow. They are, in my opinion, the most challenging and most valuable of the examination boards
